In-Home Consultation
A Consultation begins with a thorough walk-through and evaluation of each room in your home. Afterwards, we will point out your home’s best features as well as potential trouble spots, and give you simple remedies and easy-to-follow enhancement instructions in order of suggested priority - all of which can be completed in a time frame that is comfortable for you. Homeowners and Realtors are encouraged to take notes during this session.
“Top Ten” Priority Report
This service is designed for those homes that don’t need much work. This personalized report focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and garnish a faster sale.
Half-Day Staging
We will spend 4 hours transforming the home focusing on making changes that will have the most impact.
Full-Day Staging
We will spend a full day working off a priority list making dramatic transformations to your home.

Includes 12+ Page Initial Walk Thru Action Plan
First impressions are lasting impressions. This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go on the market OR have an Open House. Let us spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a Buyer’s dream. We work off of a detailed walk-thru worksheet that is also given to the home seller in order to complete the transformations.
“Do It Yourself” Action Plan
The “Do It Yourself” (DIY) Action Plan is an extensive, 30+ page report detailing all of the actions a Elegance Home Staging Consultant would take to transform your home as well as vendor recommendations and tips and tricks from the pros. We give you the expertise and easy-to-follow instructions so that you can take the time to do the packing and staging yourself, in your own time.
Vacant Home Staging
It’s a fact: furnished homes sell faster. For the home seller who no longer lives in the home and wants to give their home that showroom display look, we will rent furniture and accessories for the entire house or selected rooms.
